Replace 1/2 to 3/4 of the fat with Trimbake
Reduce the sugar in THE recipe by 1/2
Reduce the temperature by 10 degrees

If you prefer a richer cake or want it to last longer then only replace 1/2 of the fat.

If you find that your recipe is not moist enough just add some more Trimbake.
