OUR STORY SO FAR
As a child I spent many happy hours baking with my mum or Grandma. We always made a cake for Sunday tea and a birthday wasn’t complete without a home made creation. I kept that passion and enjoyed baking with my own children. Cooking for my family, I became more conscious of what we were eating and the impact of food on health and although I prepared healthy meals I became concerned about the amount of fat and sugar that we were putting into our favourite treats.
